**Ible** (pronounced 'eyebull', or 'ib-ull') is a [hamlet](/source/Hamlet_(place)) in [Derbyshire](/source/Derbyshire), England, just within the [Peak District National Park](/source/Peak_District_National_Park).[1]

It is near the [Via Gellia](/source/Via_Gellia) valley, the historic market town of [Wirksworth](/source/Wirksworth) and village of [Bonsall](/source/Bonsall%2C_Derbyshire), and is on the route of the [Limestone Way](/source/Limestone_Way)[1][2] and the [Peak District Boundary Walk](/source/Peak_District_Boundary_Walk).[3]

The name of the hamlet is derived from the [Old English](/source/Old_English) for "Ibba's Hollow".[4]
