# Ian Inaba

**Ian Inaba** (born 1971[1]) is an American [film](/source/Film_director) and [music video director](/source/Music_video_director), [producer](/source/Film_producer), and [journalist](/source/Journalist) for the [Guerrilla News Network](/source/Guerrilla_News_Network).

## Music videos

Inaba directed the music videos for "[Mosh](/source/Mosh_(song))" by [Eminem](/source/Eminem) and "Time and Time Again" by [Chronic Future](/source/Chronic_Future). He also directed the original music video for the [Nine Inch Nails](/source/Nine_Inch_Nails) song "[The Hand that Feeds](/source/The_Hand_that_Feeds)." It was never released, however, because the band found the subject matter, which depicted [Religious Right](/source/Christian_right) [extremism](/source/Christian_extremist_terrorism), including threats to abortion clinic patients and abuses by religious authorities, too controversial for their tastes. The job then went to [Rob Sheridan](/source/Rob_Sheridan).

## Books and documentaries

Inaba contributed to [GNN's](/source/Guerilla_News_Network) book about [black box voting](/source/Black_box_voting), *[True Lies](/source/Guerilla_News_Network#Books)*. He has recently completed a feature-length [documentary film](/source/Documentary_film) about voting irregularities in the [2000](/source/2000_U.S._presidential_election) and [2004 U.S. elections](/source/2004_United_States_presidential_election) entitled *[American Blackout](/source/American_Blackout)*. The film, released August 2006, received a [Special Jury Prize](/source/List_of_Sundance_Film_Festival_award_winners#2006) at the 2006 [Sundance Film Festival](/source/Sundance_Film_Festival). He was also one of the creators of [Video the Vote](/source/Video_the_Vote) in 2006.
