***I Shout Love*** is a 2001 Canadian [short film](/source/Short_film) written and directed by [Sarah Polley](/source/Sarah_Polley).[1] The film stars [Matthew Ferguson](/source/Matthew_Ferguson) and [Kristen Thomson](/source/Kristen_Thomson) as Bobby and Tessa, a couple who are on the verge of breaking up when Tessa convinces Bobby to spend one last night together recording video of them reenacting the better times in their relationship.[2]

The film won the [Genie Award](/source/Genie_Award) for [Best Live Action Short Drama](/source/Canadian_Screen_Award_for_Best_Live_Action_Short_Drama) at the [23rd Genie Awards](/source/23rd_Genie_Awards) in 2003,[3] and Thomson won an [ACTRA Award](/source/ACTRA_Award) for her performance.[4]

The film was screened on [CBC Television](/source/CBC_Television)'s *[Canadian Reflections](/source/Canadian_Reflections)* in 2002,[5] and was later distributed on the [DVD](/source/DVD) release of Polley's feature film *[Away from Her](/source/Away_from_Her)*.[6]
