'''Idrottslaget Gular''' is a [Norwegian](/source/Norway) [athletics](/source/athletics_(sport)) club from [Bergen](/source/Bergen%2C_Norway), founded in 1946. In the past it has had sections for handball, skiing, gymnastics and football.

The athletics section cooperates on youth level with local clubs [Bergens TF](/source/Bergens_TF) and [TIL Hovding](/source/TIL_Hovding), which act as feeder teams.

Its most prominent members are long-distance runners [Arne Risa](/source/Arne_Risa), [Arne Hamarsland](/source/Arne_Hamarsland) and athlete [Knut Hjeltnes](/source/Knut_Hjeltnes_(athlete)). Arne Risa has worked as a coach after retiring, so has [Diane Modahl](/source/Diane_Modahl).
