"**I'm Not Jesus**" is a song by the Finnish [cello metal](/source/Cello_metal) band [Apocalyptica](/source/Apocalyptica), featuring [Corey Taylor](/source/Corey_Taylor) from [Slipknot](/source/Slipknot_(band)) and [Stone Sour](/source/Stone_Sour). The single was released on September 17, 2007, and again on March 4, 2008,[1] on the album *[Worlds Collide](/source/Worlds_Collide_(Apocalyptica_album))*.

The song thematizes [child abuse](/source/Child_abuse) by [clerics](/source/Clergy). Corey Taylor sings from the perspective of a man who was [sexually abused](/source/Sexual_abuse) by a [priest](/source/Priest) when he was a child and now confronts his abuser.

The song was co-written by ex-[Filter](/source/Filter_(band)) guitarist and composer Geno Lenardo and vocalist [Johnny Andrews](/source/Johnny_Andrews).[*[citation needed](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Citation_needed)*]

## Music video

The music video, directed by [Tony Petrossian](/source/Tony_Petrossian), featured [Corey Taylor](/source/Corey_Taylor) recording, and Apocalyptica members playing their instruments. The video also includes various film shots of children in torn/old clothes, and behind fences or various other objects. Every child shows no emotion in their facial expression.[2]
