Recording sessions took place at Mirror Image Studios West in [New York City](/source/New_York_City). [Production](/source/Hip_hop_production) was handled by [Rockwilder](/source/Rockwilder), who used a sample from [Beenie Man](/source/Beenie_Man)'s "[Who Am I (Sim Simma)](/source/Who_Am_I_(Sim_Simma))".
