Rodríguez was born in [Brooklyn](/source/Brooklyn), New York City, in 1970.<ref>{{cite web|last=Henderson|first=Alex|title=Hurricane G > Biography|url={{AllMusic|class=artist|id=p224773|pure_url=yes}}|publisher=[Allmusic](/source/Allmusic)|accessdate=July 20, 2010}}</ref> She was the [Hit Squad](/source/Hit_Squad)'s first female member, and she made guest appearances on albums by [Keith Murray](/source/Keith_Murray_(rap)), [Redman](/source/Redman_(rapper)), [Xzibit](/source/Xzibit), [Delinquent Habits](/source/Delinquent_Habits), [Funkdoobiest](/source/Funkdoobiest), the [Cocoa Brovaz](/source/Cocoa_Brovaz), and others. She also appeared on [Puff Daddy](/source/Puff_Daddy)'s track "P.E. 2000". Her much-delayed debut album, ''[All Woman](/source/All_Woman_(album))'', was released in 1997.
