**Huadian Power International Corporation**, formerly **Shandong International Power Development Company Limited**, is the largest power producer in [Shandong Province](/source/Shandong_Province), China, and is the [Hong Kong](/source/SEHK) listed subsidiary of [China Huadian](/source/China_Huadian), one of the five largest power producers in China. The parent company produces about 10% of China's power, and the subsidiary produces approximately another 5%.

It is [headquartered](/source/Headquarter) in [Jinan](/source/Jinan), [Shandong](/source/Shandong). It is engaged in the [construction](/source/Construction) and operation of [power plants](/source/Power_plants) and [power generation](/source/Power_generation).

[H shares](/source/H_shares) and [A shares](/source/A-share_(mainland_China)) of the company were listed on the [Hong Kong Stock Exchange](/source/Hong_Kong_Stock_Exchange) and [Shanghai Stock Exchange](/source/Shanghai_Stock_Exchange) in 1999 and 2005 respectively.
