***Hit Men*** is a studio album by [Daevid Allen](/source/Daevid_Allen) and [Kramer](/source/Kramer_(musician)) joined by drummer Bill Bacon, released on April 30, 1996, by [Shimmy Disc](/source/Shimmy_Disc).[1] The three musicians had previously performed together as part of [New York Gong](/source/Material_(band)#1978–79:_Formation) in 1978–79, producing the album *[About Time](/source/About_Time_(New_York_Gong_album))*.
