== Political career ==

She was among the 58 candidates of [INC](/source/Indian_National_Congress) who won in the assembly election held in [2013](/source/2013_Madhya_Pradesh_Legislative_Assembly_election) . In [2018](/source/2018_Madhya_Pradesh_Legislative_Assembly_election), she again won the assembly seat with thumping majority from [Lanji](/source/Lanji_(Vidhan_Sabha_constituency)) (Balaghat) assembly constituency.
