'''Hepburn Library''' is a historic [library](/source/library) building located at [Norfolk](/source/Norfolk%2C_New_York) in [St. Lawrence County, New York](/source/St._Lawrence_County%2C_New_York). It was designed by architects [Rossiter & Muller](/source/Rossiter_%26_Muller) and built in 1919–1920.  It is a T-shaped, cross-gable-roofed  [Georgian Revival](/source/Georgian_Revival_architecture) style brick building on a full, raised basement.  Funding for its construction was provided by local philanthropist [A.
