**Helen Suzanne Troke** (born 7 November 1964) is an English retired [badminton](/source/Badminton) player.

## Career

She won the bronze medal at the [1983 IBF World Championships](/source/1983_IBF_World_Championships) in women's singles. From 1982 to 1986 she won two singles and three team titles at the European championships.

She represented [England](/source/England_at_the_1982_Commonwealth_Games) and won double gold in the team event, at the [1982 Commonwealth Games](/source/1982_Commonwealth_Games) in [Brisbane](/source/Brisbane), [Queensland](/source/Queensland), [Australia](/source/Australia).[2][3]
