'''He Chengjun''' ({{zh|何成濬}}) (June 20, 1882 – May 7, 1961) was a [Kuomintang](/source/Kuomintang) politician and military officer of the Republic of China. He was born in [Hubei](/source/Hubei). He was a graduate of the [Imperial Japanese Army Academy](/source/Imperial_Japanese_Army_Academy). As a member of the [Tongmenghui](/source/Tongmenghui), he took part in the [Xinhai Revolution](/source/Xinhai_Revolution). He was briefly mayor of [Beijing](/source/Beijing) after its capture by the [National Revolutionary Army](/source/National_Revolutionary_Army) during the [Northern Expedition](/source/Northern_Expedition). In the [Second Sino-Japanese War](/source/Second_Sino-Japanese_War), he was the governor of his home province and defended it against the advancing [Imperial Japanese Army](/source/Imperial_Japanese_Army). After the defeat of the Kuomintang in the [Chinese Civil War](/source/Chinese_Civil_War), he went to [Hong Kong](/source/Hong_Kong) and, in 1951, arrived in [Taiwan](/source/Taiwan).
