==Description==
The seat includes the town of [Colmar](/source/Colmar) and then stretches eastwards towards the [Rhine](/source/Rhine) which forms the border with [Germany](/source/Germany). The seat has followed the historic pattern of [Alsace](/source/Alsace) by supporting parties of the right over the [PS](/source/Socialist_Party_(France)) and its allies.
