== Transportation ==

Hassi Khelifa lies on the N16 highway, {{convert|29|km|mi}} north of [El Oued](/source/El_Oued) on the way to [Tebessa](/source/T%C3%A9bessa), and the [Tunisia](/source/Tunisia)n border by the N48. From El Oued the N16 continues to [Touggourt](/source/Touggourt), and the N48 leads north towards [Biskra](/source/Biskra).
