**Hashian** ([Persian](/source/Persian_language): حشيان)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, [Malmir Rural District](/source/Malmir_Rural_District) of [Sarband District](/source/Sarband_District_(Iran)),[b] [Shazand County](/source/Shazand_County),[c] [Markazi](/source/Markazi_province) province, [Iran](/source/Iran).[5]

## Demographics

### Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 283 in 69 households.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 195 people in 62 households.[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 185 people in 66 households.[2]
