He was the [Liberal](/source/Liberal_Party_of_Saskatchewan) member of the [Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan](/source/Legislative_Assembly_of_Saskatchewan) for the constituency of [Arm River](/source/Arm_River_(electoral_district)), from 1995 until 1999.
