He came to [Austin, Texas](/source/Austin%2C_Texas), to complete a [Master of Business Administration](/source/Master_of_Business_Administration) in Finance in 1992. Arora has also completed a [Master of Public Administration](/source/Master_of_Public_Administration) at the [Harvard Kennedy School](/source/Harvard_Kennedy_School).
