# Harje

**Harje** (ˈxaːɾjɛ) is a [village](/source/Village) in the [Municipality of Laško](/source/Municipality_of_La%C5%A1ko) in eastern [Slovenia](/source/Slovenia). It lies south of [Laško](/source/La%C5%A1ko) in the valley of a minor left tributary of the [Savinja River](/source/Savinja). The area is part of the traditional region of [Styria](/source/Lower_Styria). It is now included with the rest of the municipality in the [Savinja Statistical Region](/source/Savinja_Statistical_Region).[1]
