'''Henry M. "Hank" Ferris''' is an American former [football](/source/American_football) coach.  He served as the head football coach at the [Montclair State University](/source/Montclair_State_University) in [Upper Montclair, New Jersey](/source/Upper_Montclair%2C_New_Jersey) from 1966 to 1968, compiling a record of 9–17.

Ferris played [college football](/source/college_football) as a [fullback](/source/Fullback_(gridiron_football)) for the [Michigan State Spartans](/source/Michigan_State_Spartans_football). He later graduated from [Syracuse University](/source/Syracuse_University). He coached high school football at [Sauquoit Valley](/source/Sauquoit_Valley_High_School) and [Ilion Central](/source/Ilion_Central_High_School) before joining Montclair State in 1960.
