The song was released as the fifth single from the album, although released to promote the 2013 re-release. It was co-written by Murs, [Ben Kohn](/source/TMS_(production_team)), [Pete Kelleher](/source/TMS_(production_team)), [Tom Barnes](/source/TMS_(production_team)), [Wayne Hector](/source/Wayne_Hector) and [Iain James](/source/TMS_(production_team)) while the production was handled by [TMS](/source/TMS_(production_team)). Another version of the song was released in Spain with the Spanish pop singer [Edurne](/source/Edurne) collaborating.
