The '''Haldane Building''' is a former [drill hall](/source/drill_hall) at Hill Street in [Garnethill](/source/Garnethill), [Glasgow](/source/Glasgow).

It became the home of 5th/6th Battalion, the Highland Light Infantry, on amalgamation with the 6th (which had been based in the [Yorkhill Street drill hall](/source/Yorkhill_Street_drill_hall)),<ref>{{Historic Environment Scotland|cat=PLA |num=168009 |num2=NS56NE 1916 |desc=Glasgow, 164-172 Yorkhill Street, Pearson Hall |access-date=4 July 2025}}</ref> 10th and 11th Battalions of the Highland Light Infantry in 1947.<ref name=bau>{{cite web|url=http://british-army-units1945on.co.uk/territorial-army-infantry/highland-light-infantry-2.html|title=Highland Light Infantry|publisher=British Army units 1945 on|accessdate=10 June 2017}}</ref> 

Colours flying, the 5/6th Battalion, the Highland Light Infantry marched from the Hill Street drill hall to amalgamate with the [Glasgow Highlanders](/source/Glasgow_Highlanders) to form a company of the [52nd Lowland Volunteers](/source/52nd_Lowland_Volunteers) at the [Hotspur Street drill hall](/source/Walcheren_Barracks) in 1967.<ref name=bau/>
