**Halae Aexonides** or **Halai Aixonides** ([Ancient Greek](/source/Ancient_Greek_language): Ἁλαὶ Αἰξωνίδες), also known as **Aexonides Halae** or **Aixonides Halai** (Αἰξωνίδες Ἁλαί), was a [deme](/source/Deme) of [ancient Attica](/source/Ancient_Attica), a little south of [Aexone](/source/Aexone). It derived its name from its salt-works.[1] Its surname distinguishes it from [Halae Araphenides](/source/Halae_Araphenides). Its most important sanctuary was [Temple of Apollo Zoster](/source/Temple_of_Apollo_Zoster),[2] ruins of which remain in modern [Vouliagmeni](/source/Vouliagmeni).

The site of Halae Aexonides is located at the *Palaichori* near [Voula](/source/Voula) (and Vouliagmeni).[3][4]
