'''Haiterbach''' ({{IPA|de|ˈhaɪtɐˌbax|-|De-Haiterbach.ogg}}) is a town in the [district of Calw](/source/Calw_(district)), in [Baden-Württemberg](/source/Baden-W%C3%BCrttemberg), [Germany](/source/Germany).

==History==
Haiterbach was given its [town rights](/source/German_town_law) by the [Counts of Hohenberg](/source/Counts_of_Hohenberg) in 1349. The County of Hohenberg sold Haiterbach and the villages of Beihingen and Oberschwandorf to the [County of Württemberg](/source/County_of_W%C3%BCrttemberg) in 1363. The three towns were assigned to the district of [Nagold](/source/Nagold), which was organized as {{ill|Oberamt Nagold|de}} in 1758. Unterschwandorf existed within the district of Nagold, but was not a possession of the [House of Württemberg](/source/House_of_W%C3%BCrttemberg) until 1805, when it was incorporated into the {{ill|Knightly Canton of Neckar-Schwarzwald|de|Ritterkanton Neckar-Schwarzwald}} and thus annexed and in 1806 assigned to Oberamt Nagold. In 1938, the Oberamt was dissolved and Haiterbach, Beihingen, Oberschwandorf, and Unterschwandorf were assigned to [Landkreis Calw](/source/Landkreis_Calw). Beihingen and Unterschwandorf were merged into Haiterbach in 1972. Oberschwandorf was incorporated in 1975.<ref name=LEO-BW>{{cite web|title=Haiterbach|url=https://www.leo-bw.de/web/guest/detail-gis/-/Detail/details/ORT/labw_ortslexikon/6818/Haiterbach|website=[LEO-BW](/source/LEO-BW)|publisher=[Baden-Württemberg](/source/Baden-W%C3%BCrttemberg)|language=de|accessdate=30 July 2020}}</ref>
