- [HMS *Pathfinder* (1904)](/source/HMS_Pathfinder_(1904)), launched in 1904, was a [scout cruiser](/source/Scout_cruiser), the [lead ship](/source/Lead_ship) of [her class](/source/Pathfinder-class_cruiser). She was sunk at the start of [World War I](/source/World_War_I) by [SM *U-21*](/source/SM_U-21_(Germany)), becoming the first ship to ever be sunk by a [torpedo](/source/Torpedo) fired by [submarine](/source/Submarine).
- [HMS *Pathfinder* (G10)](/source/HMS_Pathfinder_(G10)), launched in 1941, was a [P-class](/source/O_and_P-class_destroyer) [destroyer](/source/Destroyer). She served in [World War II](/source/World_War_II), sank the German submarines and , and was rendered a constructive loss by air attack off [Ramree Island](/source/Ramree_Island), [Burma](/source/Burma) on 11 February 1945, she was finally broken up at Milford Haven in November 1948.
