**HD 132406 b** is a long-period, massive [gas giant](/source/Gas_giant) [exoplanet](/source/Exoplanet) orbiting the [Sun](/source/Sun)-like star [HD 132406](/source/HD_132406). HD 132406 b has a [minimum mass](/source/Minimum_mass) 5.61 times the mass of [Jupiter](/source/Jupiter). The [orbital distance](/source/Orbital_distance) from the star is almost twice that of from Earth to the Sun. The [orbital period](/source/Orbital_period) is 2.7 years.[1]

An [astrometric](/source/Astrometry) measurement of the planet's inclination and true mass was published in 2022 as part of [Gaia DR3](/source/Gaia_DR3),[3] and this was updated in 2023.[2]
