'''Gossen Idrettslag''' is a [Norwegian](/source/Norway) sports club from [Aukra Municipality](/source/Aukra_Municipality). It has sections for [association football](/source/association_football), [handball](/source/handball) and [volleyball](/source/volleyball).

The men's football team plays in the 6. Divisjon, the seventh tier of Norwegian football. The team had a long streak in the 3. Divisjon, last from [1998](/source/1998_3._Divisjon) through [2006](/source/2006_3._Divisjon). Their best-known players are the Rindarøy  and Breivik brothers, [Knut Olav](/source/Knut_Olav_Rindar%C3%B8y) and [Ole Martin](/source/Ole_Martin_Rindar%C3%B8y), Emil Breivik and Mathias Varhaugvik Breivik.
