'''Gordon Row''' (also known as '''Gordon Block''')<ref name=gs>[https://gosouthsavannah.com/historic-district-and-city/squares-and-parks/chatham-square.html Chatham Square] – GoSouth Savannah</ref> is a historic [row house](/source/row_house) in [Savannah, Georgia](/source/Savannah%2C_Georgia), United States. The largest single row-house in Savannah, it comprises fifteen homes (or "units") located between 101 and 129 West [Gordon Street](/source/Gordon_Street_(Savannah%2C_Georgia)) in the southeastern [residential block](/source/Squares_of_Savannah%2C_Georgia) of [Chatham Square](/source/Chatham_Square_(Savannah%2C_Georgia)). Completed in 1854, it is a contributing property of the [Savannah Historic District](/source/Savannah_Historic_District_(Savannah%2C_Georgia)), itself on the [National Register of Historic Places](/source/National_Register_of_Historic_Places), as are its standing carriage houses to the rear.<ref name=mpc63>[https://www.thempc.org/docs/lit/hist/maps/supplement.pdf Historic Building Map: Savannah Historic District] – Historic Preservation Department of the Chatham County-Savannah Metropolitan Planning Commission (November 17, 2011), p. 63</ref> The row occupies the entire block between [Barnard Street](/source/Barnard_Street) on the west and [Whitaker Street](/source/Whitaker_Street) on the east and sits directly across Chatham Square from [Quantock Row](/source/Quantock_Row_(Chatham_Square)) on [Taylor Street](/source/Taylor_Street_(Savannah%2C_Georgia)).

The properties were built between 1853 and 1855 for prospective use as renter-occupied houses in the city's blossoming market.<ref name=gs/>

After falling into disrepair, the properties were renovated in the mid-20th century by the [Historic Savannah Foundation](/source/Historic_Savannah_Foundation).<ref>''Antiques at Savannah'', Editorial Publications (1967), p. 18</ref>

Other similar-style row houses exist in Savannah's [Scudder's Row](/source/Scudder's_Row), the two Quantock Rows (of [Taylor Street](/source/Quantock_Row_(Chatham_Square)) and [Jones Street](/source/Quantock_Row_(Jones_Street))), [William Remshart Row House](/source/William_Remshart_Row_House), [McDonough Row](/source/McDonough_Row) and [Mary Marshall Row](/source/Mary_Marshall_Row).<ref name=gs/>
