Goldfinger discography Goldfinger live in Philadelphia in 2008 Studio albums 8 EPs 4 Live albums 3 Singles 17 Music videos 16

The following is the discography of [Goldfinger](/source/Goldfinger_(band)), a Los Angeles–based [punk rock](/source/Punk_rock) band formed in 1994 by [John Feldmann](/source/John_Feldmann) on vocals and guitar, Simon Williams on bass, former drummer of Buffalo NY's Zero Tolerance Darrin Pfeiffer on drums, and Charlie Paulson on guitar. The band released six [studio albums](/source/Studio_albums) between 1996 and 2008, as well as three [live albums](/source/Live_album), a [compilation album](/source/Compilation_album), four [extended plays](/source/Extended_play), seventeen [singles](/source/Single_(music)), and sixteen [music videos](/source/Music_video).

The band released their [self-titled debut album](/source/Goldfinger_(album)) in 1996, which featured their biggest hit, "[Here in Your Bedroom](/source/Here_in_Your_Bedroom)", which reached number five on the U.S. *[Billboard](/source/Billboard_(magazine))*'s [Hot Modern Rock Tracks](/source/Hot_Modern_Rock_Tracks) chart, and within the top 15 on *[RPM](/source/RPM_(magazine))*'s [Alternative 30](/source/Canadian_rock%2Falternative_chart) in Canada. Their second album, *[Hang-Ups](/source/Hang-Ups)* (1997), represented their biggest chart position on the [*Billboard* 200](/source/Billboard_200) at number 85, and featured the song "Superman", which became well known for its appearance in the video game *[Tony Hawk's Pro Skater](/source/Tony_Hawk's_Pro_Skater)* (1999).

Their next album, *[Stomping Ground](/source/Stomping_Ground)* (2000), featured a cover of [Nenas](/source/Nena_(band))' "[99 Red Balloons](/source/99_Red_Balloons)", which was licensed on a number of movie soundtracks. Subsequent albums—*[Open Your Eyes](/source/Open_Your_Eyes_(Goldfinger_album))* (2002), *[Disconnection Notice](/source/Disconnection_Notice)* (2005), and *[Hello Destiny...](/source/Hello_Destiny...)* (2008)—did not fare as well, and the band temporarily ceased recording music, instead becoming an occasional touring act.[1] In 2017, they released their comeback album *[The Knife](/source/The_Knife_(Goldfinger_album))*. In 2020, they released their eighth studio album, titled *[Never Look Back](/source/Never_Look_Back_(Goldfinger_album))*.
