## Career

Sicotte was appointed a Member of the [Order of Canada](/source/Order_of_Canada) in 2013, "For his contributions to the performing arts as an actor, and for his commitment to training the next generation."[9]

## Personal life

Sicotte is the father of Antoine Sicotte, a former founding member of [Sky](/source/Sky_(Canadian_band)) and currently a celebrity chef.[10]
