**Georges Devilly** was a French [racing cyclist](/source/Bicycle_racing).[1] He finished in [last place](/source/Lanterne_rouge) in the [1909 Tour de France](/source/1909_Tour_de_France).[2] In November 1919 he participated in and finished the Grand Prix de l'Armistice.[3] A month later he contracted the [Spanish flu](/source/Spanish_flu) of which he died on 2 January 1920.[4]
