**Georges Chappe** (born 5 March 1944) is a retired [cyclist](/source/Cycle_sport) from [France](/source/France), who was nicknamed *Jojo* during his professional career. He was a professional from 1965 to 1975. In 1970 he won the [Critérium International](/source/Crit%C3%A9rium_International). In 1968, Chappe won a stage in the [Tour de France](/source/Tour_de_France), but in 1971 he was the [lanterne rouge](/source/Lanterne_rouge). He also competed in the [team time trial](/source/Cycling_at_the_1964_Summer_Olympics_%E2%80%93_Men's_team_time_trial) at the [1964 Summer Olympics](/source/1964_Summer_Olympics).[1]
