**George Flanagan Jr** (born 4 December 2004) is an English professional [rugby league](/source/Rugby_league) [footballer](/source/Footballer) who plays as a [fullback](/source/Fullback_(rugby_league)), [scrum-half](/source/Rugby_league_positions#Scrum-half) or [stand-off](/source/Five-eighth) for the [Huddersfield Giants](/source/Huddersfield_Giants) in the [Super League](/source/Super_League).

## Career

### Bradford Bulls

Flanagan made a try-scoring debut for [Bradford Bulls](/source/Bradford_Bulls) against [London Broncos](/source/London_Broncos) in July 2022, a game in which his father, [George Flanagan Sr](/source/George_Flanagan_Sr), also played.[3]

### Huddersfield Giants

Flanagan Jr. made his debut in round 2 of the [2025 Super League season](/source/2025_Super_League_season) for the Giants against the [Leigh Leopards](/source/Leigh_Leopards) in a 24-10 loss.[4][5]

In April 2025 Flanagan Jr signed a new contract with the Giants which will keep him there until 2027.[6][7]
