# George Distel

**George Distel** is an [American](/source/Americans) politician who served in the [Ohio House of Representatives](/source/Ohio_House_of_Representatives) from 1999 to 2008 and as executive director of the [Ohio Turnpike Commission](/source/Ohio_Turnpike_Commission) from 2008 to 2011.[1]
