# Geoff Kelly

**Geoffrey Kelly** (born 10 June 1921) is an Australian international [lawn bowler](/source/Bowls).[1]

## Bowls career

Kelly competed in the first [World Bowls Championship](/source/World_Bowls_Championship) in [Kyeemagh](/source/Kyeemagh), [New South Wales](/source/New_South_Wales), [Australia](/source/Australia) in 1966 [2] and won a [gold medal](/source/Gold_medal) in the [pairs](/source/1966_World_Outdoor_Bowls_Championship) with [Bert Palm](/source/Bert_Palm) at the event.[3] He also won a gold medal in the team event (Leonard Trophy).

Kelly won the 1965 fours title at the [Australian National Bowls Championships](/source/Australian_National_Bowls_Championships) when bowling for the Coogee Bowls Club.[4]
