Crossman's position of choice was at {{rlp|pr}}.  Crossman previously played for [Hull Kingston Rovers](/source/Hull_Kingston_Rovers) in the [Super League](/source/Super_League) competition.

Born in [Orange, New South Wales](/source/Orange%2C_New_South_Wales). Crossman played for [Bloomfield Tigers](/source/Group_10_Rugby_League) and [Orange Hawks](/source/Group_10_Rugby_League) before being signed by the [Penrith Panthers](/source/Penrith_Panthers).

Crossman has previously played for the [Penrith Panthers](/source/Penrith_Panthers) and [Melbourne Storm](/source/Melbourne_Storm).
