Thisgaard played for [A-Liga](/source/A-Liga) club [Fortuna Hjørring](/source/Fortuna_Hj%C3%B8rring) from 2019 to 2026, with which she won the league twice in 2020 and 2025, respectively, as well as two [Danish Cup](/source/Danish_Women's_Cup) titles in 2022 and 2025, winning "[The Double](/source/Double_(association_football))" in 2025.
