'''Freisamer''' is a white [German wine](/source/German_wine) [grape](/source/grape_(wine)) [variety](/source/variety_(botany)) grown primarily in the [Baden](/source/Baden_(wine)) region with some plantings in eastern and western  [Switzerland](/source/Switzerland_(wine)).
