The president of the League, [Radjana Dugar-DuPonte](https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Radjana_Dugar-DuPonte&action=edit&redlink=1) urged the citizens of the Russian Federation to prepare for the collapse of the state stating "We cannot say exactly when that moment will come, but we know that it is no longer over the mountains.
