# Frederick Kitson

**Frederick Kitson** (20 May 1893 – 25 January 1925) was an English cricketer active in 1919 and 1920 who played for [Northamptonshire](/source/Northamptonshire_County_Cricket_Club) (Northants). He was born in [Marylebone](/source/Marylebone) and died in [Northampton](/source/Northampton). He appeared in four first-class matches as a lefthanded [batsman](/source/Batting_(cricket)) who [bowled](/source/Bowling_(cricket)) [left-arm orthodox spin](/source/Left-arm_orthodox_spin). He scored 31 [runs](/source/Run_(cricket)) with a highest score of 13 and took three [wickets](/source/Wicket) with a best performance of three for 63.[1]
