# Frank Charters

**Frank Henry Charters** (17 January 1884 — 25 January 1953) was an English first-class [cricketer](/source/Cricket).

Charters was born in [Plymouth](/source/Plymouth) in January 1884. He made a single appearance in [first-class cricket](/source/First-class_cricket) for [Hampshire](/source/Hampshire_County_Cricket_Club) in the [1913 County Championship](/source/1913_County_Championship) against [Derbyshire](/source/Derbyshire_County_Cricket_Club) at [Southampton](/source/County_Ground,_Southampton).[1] Batting twice in the match, he was dismissed for 9 runs in Hampshire's first innings by [Thomas Forrester](/source/Thomas_Forrester_(cricketer)), while in their second innings he was dismissed for 5 runs by [Arnold Warren](/source/Arnold_Warren).[2] Charters died in [Boscombe](/source/Boscombe) in January 1953.
