**Franck Boli** (born 7 December 1993) is an Ivorian professional [footballer](/source/Association_football) who plays as a [forward](/source/Forward_(association_football)).

## Club career

Boli signed with Eliteserien side [Stabæk Fotball](/source/Stab%C3%A6k_Fotball) on 3 January 2012.[2] The leader of sports at [Stabæk Fotball](/source/Stab%C3%A6k_Fotball), [Inge André Olsen](/source/Inge_Andr%C3%A9_Olsen) said; "Boli has many qualities, with his technically good finishing and quick pace".

On 26 February 2015, Boli signed for [Chinese Super League](/source/Chinese_Super_League) side [Liaoning Whowin](/source/Liaoning_Whowin_F.C.).[3]

In 2016, Boli signed for the Norwegian club [Aalesunds FK](/source/Aalesunds_FK), in what the club claimed was a 1-year loan from Liaoning. In an article in the football magazine [Josimar](/source/Josimar_(footballer%2C_born_1961)) from 10 May 2019, [NFF](/source/Norwegian_Football_Federation) confirmed that Boli signed for Aalesunds FK on a free transfer from the Ivorian amateur club [Williamsville AC](https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Williamsville_AC&action=edit&redlink=1) before the 2016 season.[4]

Boli returned to Stabæk on 20 December 2016, signing a three-year contract with the club.[5] After he finished as top scorer of the [2018 Eliteserien](/source/2018_Eliteserien), his contract was extended through 2021.[6]

### Ferencváros

On 1 August 2019, Boli signed for Hungarian champions [Ferencváros](/source/Ferencv%C3%A1rosi_TC), making him the second [Eliteserien](/source/Eliteserien) signing of the team in two years, following breakout performer [Tokmac Nguen](/source/Tokmac_Nguen).[7]

On 16 June 2020, Ferencváros clinched the championship by defeating [Budapest Honvéd FC](/source/Budapest_Honv%C3%A9d_FC) at the [Hidegkuti Nándor Stadion](/source/Hidegkuti_N%C3%A1ndor_Stadion) on the 30th match day of the [2019–20 Nemzeti Bajnokság I](/source/2019%E2%80%9320_Nemzeti_Bajnoks%C3%A1g_I) season.[8]

On 13 March 2023, Boli signed with [Major League Soccer](/source/Major_League_Soccer) side [Portland Timbers](/source/Portland_Timbers) on a one-year deal.[9]

## International career

Boli made his debut for the [Ivory Coast national team](/source/Ivory_Coast_national_football_team) on 3 September 2021 when he came on as a substitute for [Jean Evrard Kouassi](/source/Jean_Evrard_Kouassi) in the 62nd minute of a [2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier](/source/2022_FIFA_World_Cup_qualification_%E2%80%93_CAF_second_round) against [Mozambique](/source/Mozambique_national_football_team) which ended in a 0–0 away draw.[10]
