'''Foulum''' is a small [Danish](/source/Denmark) [village](/source/village) with around 100 [households](/source/households) (the settlement Formyre also included) in the Tjele parish located in Central [Jutland](/source/Jutland) eight kilometres east of [Viborg](/source/Viborg%2C_Denmark). Foulum is a part of [Region Midtjylland](/source/Region_Midtjylland) and a part of the [Viborg municipality](/source/Viborg_municipality). Despite the small size of the village, three major centres for science and innovation are localized in Foulum: DCA - Danish Centre for Food and Agriculture,<ref>{{cite web|url=http://dca.au.dk/en/about_dca/|title=ABOUT DCA|accessdate=2015-02-23}}</ref> Agro Business Park and commencing 2017, the Apple Data Centre.

The [thief](/source/thief) Niels Heidenreich, who stole the [Golden Horns of Gallehus](/source/Golden_Horns_of_Gallehus), was born in Foulum in 1761.
