# For My Region

**For My Region** (Spanish: *Por Mi Región*), previously known as **We Are Region** (Spanish: *Somos Región*), is a [regionalist](/source/Regionalism_(politics)) political party in the [Region of Murcia](/source/Region_of_Murcia), launched in February 2018 as a split from the ruling [People's Party](/source/People's_Party_of_the_Region_of_Murcia) by former [President of the Region of Murcia](/source/President_of_the_Region_of_Murcia) [Alberto Garre](/source/Alberto_Garre).[1][2][3][4]
