The portrait is of a winged and heavily armed policeman with a yellow [smiley](/source/Smiley) replacing his face.[1] The piece was first shown on cardboard that was suspended from the ceiling at the *[Turf War](/source/Turf_War_(Banksy))* exhibition in the [East End](/source/East_End) of [London](/source/London) in 2003.
