**Felipe Turich** (December 5, 1898 – March 9, 1992) was a Mexican [film](/source/Film) and [television actor](/source/Television_actor). He appeared in numerous films and TV series from the 1930s to the 1980s.[1]

## Biography

Turich was born in Hidalgo, Mexico, in 1898. He started his acting career in the 1920s, making his first appearance as an actor in the film, *[Mademoiselle Midnight](/source/Mademoiselle_Midnight)* in 1924. During the 1950s and 1960s, he acted in films like *[The Capture](/source/The_Capture_(film))*, *[Branded](/source/Branded_(1950_film))*, *[Three Hours to Kill](/source/Three_Hours_to_Kill)*, *[Giant](/source/Giant_(1956_film))*, *[The Magnificent Seven](/source/The_Magnificent_Seven)* and *[Jesse James Meets Frankenstein's Daughter](/source/Jesse_James_Meets_Frankenstein's_Daughter)*.[2]

He also appeared in several TV series like *[Stories of the Century](/source/Stories_of_the_Century)*, *[The Star and the Story](/source/The_Star_and_the_Story)*, *[Cavalcade of America](/source/Cavalcade_of_America)*, *[The Restless Gun](/source/The_Restless_Gun)*, and *[Playhouse 90](/source/Playhouse_90)*.[3]

## Personal life

Turich was married to [Rosa Turich](/source/Rosa_Turich) and had three children with her.[1]

## Death

Turich died on March 9, 1992, in Los Angeles of [pneumonia](/source/Pneumonia), aged 93. He was buried at [San Fernando Mission Cemetery](/source/San_Fernando_Mission_Cemetery) and was survived by his wife and three children.[1]
