"**Feenin'**" is a song by American [R&B](/source/Contemporary_R%26B) group [Jodeci](/source/Jodeci), recorded for their second album, *[Diary of a Mad Band](/source/Diary_of_a_Mad_Band)* (1993). It was released as the second [single](/source/Single_(music)) from the album in March 1994, by [Uptown](/source/Uptown_Records) and [MCA Records](/source/MCA_Records). It was both written and produced by [DeVante Swing](/source/DeVante_Swing), and peaked at number 25 on the US *[Billboard](/source/Billboard_(magazine))* [Hot 100](/source/Hot_100) and number 18 on the [UK Singles Chart](/source/UK_Singles_Chart).

## Critical reception

Andy Beevers from *[Music Week](/source/Music_Week)* gave the song a score of four out of five, naming it a "mellow track".[1] [James Hamilton](/source/James_Hamilton_(DJ_and_journalist)) from the *[Record Mirror](/source/Record_Mirror)* Dance Update called it a "strangely spelt whining slow US urban lurcher" in his weekly dance column.[2]

## Music video
