On 2 September 2010, in the game against [Al Dhafra](/source/Al_Dhafra_S.C.C.), Fawaz made his official league debut for the first team when he came on as a [substitute](/source/Substitute_(association_football)) for Haboush Saleh in the 90th minute. After a month, on 9 October, he followed with another match also as a substitute in the [Etisalat Cup](/source/2009%E2%80%9310_Etisalat_Emirates_Cup) against [Al Nasr](/source/Al_Nasr_SC_(Dubai)).
