***Falling From Zero*** is the second [studio album](/source/Studio_album) from [Los Angeles](/source/Los_Angeles) rock band [Heaven Below](/source/Heaven_Below).[1] The album was released on March 20, 2012 via Broken Halo Media.[2]

## Composition

“[The Mirror Never Lies](/source/The_Mirror_Never_Lies_(song))”, the fourth song on the album, is a charity single for Children Without A Voice.

"Gravity Killed The Spaceman", the ninth song on the album, recognizes [David Bowie](/source/David_Bowie)'s *[Space Oddity](/source/Space_Oddity_(album))* while "[Major Tom](/source/Major_Tom_(Coming_Home))" is a cover of [Peter Schilling](/source/Peter_Schilling)'s 1980s hit single paired with an original framework from the ensemble.[1]

The video for "Dodging a Bullet", the third song on the album, was directed by Adam Hendershott and Industrialism Films. The video features the musicians reenacting *[Pulp Fiction](/source/Pulp_Fiction)*.[3][4]

## Release

The compact disc was released with 4 bonus tracks as well as *[The Mirror Never Lies: Mega-Single](/source/The_Mirror_Never_Lies%3A_Mega-Single)*.[1]

## Critical reception

Jon Ondrashek of Target Audience Magazine states that the title track “Falling From Zero” features hard percussion and scraping vocals.[5][6]
