Isa was a member of the [Argentina Under-20](/source/Argentina_national_under-20_rugby_union_team) side which competed in the [2012](/source/2012_IRB_Junior_World_Championship) and [2013 IRB Junior World Championship](/source/2013_IRB_Junior_World_Championship)s, he also represented the Argentina Jaguars side in 2014 and played for the Pampas XV during their 2014 tour of Oceania.{{citation needed|date=October 2023}}
